    Orion Search uses social media, networking, talent databases, headhunting and online job boards to tap into as many people possible in order to find the right applicant. Advertising solely online will not reach all the talent possible.

    OUR STORY

    In Greek mythology, Orion was a 'mighty hunter' that believed he could hunt anything that was made of earth. We chose to name our company Orion as the name reflected our desire to hunt talent, anywhere at anytime.

     

    This desire to hunt talent, anywhere at anytime led us to incorporate an arctic fox into our logo. The arctic fox is an adept hunter, that can locate the precise position of prey 'hidden' up to 3 feet beneath the snow.

     

    Our aim is to find this 'hidden' talent for you, just like the Arctic Fox.

  • 2024 Job Satisfaction & Salary Survey - Meat Industry

     

    Afterour last survey in 2019, I thought it would be really interesting to see just
    how much the market has changed over the last 5 years so our new salary and
    satisfaction survey is now live.

     

    Theaim of the survey is to gain an accurate and anonymous understanding of job
    satisfaction and salaries across a wide range of roles across the meat industry
    and to provide comparisons from previous years. A copy of the survey results
    will be available once the results have been collated.
